• Authorize one of your employees to make necessary decisions about the work if you are unavailable. Make sure that your contractor has this person’s contact information.
• Maintain communications with the contractor so that you will have advance knowledge of any scheduling changes. Be sure to pass any new information on to your tenants and employees.
